We are delighted to provide a reference for
Compliance Control Ltd. and their Software products
ComplianceControl Centre and cGARD.
We have been working with ComplianceControl Ltd. for over 3 years, and in this time they have
helped us from the initiation of our Quality Management system
through to a mature system, including all aspects of GAMP 5. We are
now looking to progress towards ISO 9001, TicklT, and this solid
foundation will make this project possible.
We have been using their ComplianceControl Centre for over 18 months, and have migrated from
version 1.3 to version 2.0.
We use the system to manage and control
all our documentation, including our QMS (Quality Manual and
Procedures) and all our Project Documentation. The system is also
used to store our training and audit records. We use the Change
Control system as our formal change management process.
We have also
used, and continue to use the regulatory database module, cGARD, and
the ability to search and review regulations, as and when they are
updated, enables us to keep up-to-date with the industry standards.
More recently we have taken up the Quality module, in version 2.0,
and are now training our staff with respect to this module, which
includes CAPA, Deviations, Risks and Customer Complaints.
The
central and secure database means that there is a single source of
truth, and this replaces the various spreadsheets and other systems
we had to carry out this function, so that I know that all my
employees are using the same data. It has also enabled me to ensure
that company standards are in place and under control.
We are
pleased with the service, training, support and maintenance from ComplianceControl and their product has saved us many hours in
ensuring that we are compliant and inspection ready and the use of
the tool has ensured we have passed Pharmaceutical Audits.
In
particular, as the Chief Executive, I use the Monitor Graphical
dashboard to give me a quick overview of our status of Quality and
Compliance. This enables me to track all issues and actions and also
the alert function is particularly useful as I am updated when key
actions need to be completed and have not been completed so I can
take the appropriate action.
